A position to improve the quality of our high-performance products in a rapidly growing semiconductor industry. Work as an interface between customer and our global manufacturing network as part of our Global Quality Assurance Team, which belongs to Performance Materials Quality and Compliance. Based in the US act as key contact to global customers and align their needs with our global manufacturing network. Respond to customer requests and ensure they obtain a quick and comprehensive response. With focus on Deposition Materials, contribute to the coordination of our quality approach and harmonize processes within Semiconductor Solutions. Help guide and maintain an effective Supplier Management program from a Quality Assurance perspective while stating performance expectations and rating systems through a supplier management program. In global quality projects take a lead role to manage customer requests and complaints as well as of change and continuous improvement projects.
Who You Are:
- Master’s Degree- Engineering, Chemistry ASQ, CMQ/OE Certified or comparable experience
- Six Sigma Certification
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience in customer communications and working in an international context
- Supplier management background
- Detailed change leader with strong root cause analysis/statistical skills
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced environments to maximize customer satisfaction
