Your role: In this role, you will manage a holistic supplier management system according to the corporate guidelines and specific business requirements. You will structure processes and coordinate activities related to this program. Build and maintain the supplier database including related agreements and other critical information. Drive qualification of new suppliers, supplier development, continuous improvement, monitor supplier performance, set supplier development targets and follow up accordingly. Build/harmonize and maintain supplier management process documentation. Drive risk assessments and risk mitigation activities, coordinate mitigation measures (CAPA) on supplier issues, and mange projects resulting from such activity.


Who you are: Someone that has leadership capabilities to lead a cross-functional team within a matrix organization. You have experience in Supplier Management and understand customer requirements. You have technical understanding in chemicals, process technology, chemical engineering or a related field.


· Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred

· 3+ years experience in a Technical, Procurement, Production, or Supply Chain role

· Communication skills to manage stakeholders and lead people

· Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in complex processes

· Project Management experience, preferred

· International Travel up to 25%
