In this role, you will promote and sell products, services and solutions directly to current and new customers within the Industry & Testing market segment. Your tasks include closing direct sales of products and services in order to meet the organization's business objectives. Applying your know-how and judgement you also contribute to process improvements and to the achievement of the objectives of your team and of Direct Sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for closing direct sales of products and services in order to achieve the organization's business objectives
- Understanding client needs and work to meet those needs
- Developing price proposals, quotes, negotiating price and project plans
- Navigating and negotiating complex purchasing environments
- Providing ongoing support and relationship management with current and new clients
Who You Are:
- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry/Life Science/ Biomedical/Biotechnology or equivalent
- 1-3 years in sales or scientific research related field
- Direct professional sales experience within the Life Science industry would be desirable
- Result-driven with strong desire to excel
- Excellent communicator and team player
