Your role: Join us within this exciting and fast evolving function.! As part of the Finnish team, your role focuses on operational excellence in alignment with our regional commercial excellence strategy. In this role you will improve segmentation and targeting, develop account planning processes, drive sales force effectiveness initiatives and assist with CRM development and reporting metrics. You will lead and perform business, market & competitor analysis and identify key growth drivers and market opportunities. Leading our digitalization strategy within our Finnish site, you will be responsible to lead and implement digital marketing projects, proactively providing Finnish Customer Facing teams and General Manager with timely market information and recommendations based on current and predicted business needs in all relevant therapeutic areas and markets through dedicated tools and ad-hoc analysis. You will forecast and bring Brand Plan support, as well as maintain and develop a Regional Business Intelligence Platform for Finland. Responsibilities also include supporting sales forecasts related to budgeting as well as to be involved in objectives and incentives processes and target proposal for the teams. In this role you will support our Managing Director with Finance/controlling related topics. Responsibilities also include supporting external customers with cross functionals project covering all therapeutic areas. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead Life Science and Healthcare combined projects.

 

Who you are:

• You have a University degree in Finance

• You have experience in finance and preferably both sales and marketing

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in digital marketing is preferred

• You have experience interacting with external customers and managing service providers

• You possess strong experience in project management and have a track record of successful cross functional projects, ideally in Life Science and Healthcare

• You have direct or dotted line management experience

• You have excellent communication and influential skills
