The North American Technology Management team is seeking an office or field Based Technology Manager with strong experience in aseptic processing to support our Sterile Filtration franchise. You will be responsible for developing new product launch strategies and providing product adoption application support to the North American commercial team and customers. You will be expected to develop local marketing strategies and create insightful win/loss analysis. We are looking for someone with great communication skills who can communicate effectively with customers. The candidate is expected to bring value and technical leadership to the organization. This person will work closely with the North American Sales and Process Development Scientist teams to support customer opportunities. Candidate must be able to travel to customer locations within North America about 20% of the time throughout the year.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree-Business, Scientific or Engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience in sterile filtration and integrity testing applications and industry trends
- Strong customer and sales orientation
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong partnerships with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to diverse audiences through both written and oral communications
