Your role:

As a Regional Sales Manager for CMC you will be reporting directly to the National Sales Manager CMC Morocco . You will be responsible for the delivery of sales and organization objectives through effective leadership and management of the Sales team. You will ensure resources are used in an optimal manner and the area does not exceed agreed expenditure budgets and devise long term strategy for the area product portfolio and fit of organization with market/customer requirements.
You will contribute to the overall marketing long and short term strategy in terms of allocating resources, portfolio priorities and organization change, ensure the team identifies critical success factors and develop well thought through marketing programs, and implementing approved product strategies within agreed budgets. And ensure plans/strategies accommodate the changes taking place in the market and respond to customer need.
As a sales manager you will manage the Strategic Sales and Operational plan in order to ensure that the sales team identifies the success factors necessary to deliver the marketing plans, develop appropriate monitor and control mechanisms, rewards and incentives. You will maintain a review of the optimal structure and deployment of the sales teams and ensure that appropriate training and development programs are developed and implemented to ensure that the skills and capabilities of the sales teams remain competitive.
As a leader you will motivate all relevant personnel within and across functions through communication of the business unit’s vision, clarity of direction and leading by example. And be responsible for the effective leadership, management, coaching and counseling of multi-disciplinary business unit team. Responsible for training needs analysis and personal development of direct reports.

Who you are:

• Extensive Sales representative/sales & marketing management
• Preferable experience in sales management positions within the pharmaceutical industry
• English, French and Arab: good spoken & written
• Successful record of contribution and/or P&L responsibility
• Proven sales and marketing management ability
• Good understanding of local regional and dynamics, including regulatory and market access
• Understanding of product launch and product commercialization processes
