You will lead the Manufacturing Operations Department, including former Production and Tech. Transfer team, to achieve planned production volumes and to ensure that products manufactured, controlled, stored and shipped by the patients meet the appropriate Quality Standards and are in compliance with current cGMP’s, our company Quality Systems as well as with the regulatory files. You will manage the departmental budget to ensure that all costs are correctly planned, regularly reviewed/controlled; guarantee the efficiency of operations ensuring the effective resources utilization and continuous improvement; be part of the decisional process of all the key activities, investment and initiatives of the site; support Quality Department in preparing timely response to HA observations and follow up on CAPA implementation; continuously provide support to your team members by coaching in order to sustain and improve individual development and identify appropriate development activities for direct report in accordance with HR Department.
Who you are:
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical process
- Good attitude to problem solving and flexibility in decision making
- Ability to manage complex situations, evaluating different solutions and making decisions based on personal experience
- Good experience in people management and conflict resolution
- Fluent in English
- At least 9/10 years of experience in production /engineering activities
