- Plan, organize and manage the defined sales territory / accounts;
- Implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets and increase market share within the territory;
- Identify and target new growth points and new clients while retaining current core business;
- Communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers effectively;
- Understand and communicate on key issues of customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
Who you are:
- BS degree and above with major in biology related;
- At least 1~3 years' of sales experience in life science industry;
- Good communication skills.
