Job Title: Technical Architect
Job Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
Total of 12+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge on the product framework, ability to leverage technology platforms, frameworks and tools to meet business needs, ability to use emerging technologies to enhance product architecture.
Should be well versed with technology frameworks, platforms and tools available in a solution space and their licensing terms and should be able to direct platform decisions avoiding legal pitfalls
Experience in Architecture, Design, and Implementation of highly scalable and highly available solutions
Ability to articulate precisely both technical and business requirements
Hands-on experience in designing continuous delivery solutions in enterprise environments
Design, architect, and implement system architecture and DevOps solutions
Implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environments
Communicate and collaborate with development/ test/ operational/ Security teams in automate development, testing, security, and operation tasks
Practical knowledge & good understanding of cross technology and functional domains, programming concepts and logical approach for problem solving.
Experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions, customizing C#, ASP.Net applications using development tools like Visual Studio 2010/2012.
Exposure to Web Technologies like NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Project Polymer and IOT, and ability to make recommendations suitable for the current and future needs.
Solid Knowledge of OOPS concepts, OOAD, with .Net Framework 4.0/4.5 or above and Web/Window Services.
Experience in RDBMS like SQL Server 2008/above & database programming skills including creating stored procedures, views using PL/SQL.
Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
Managerial Responsibilities:
Provide tech leadership within the organization.
Identify and set up the framework that allows the rest of the technology team to deliver.
Maintain exceptionally high standards of design and code quality at all times, including but not limited to adherence to architectural, security and scalability standards
Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
Mentor and guide the junior members in the team
Share knowledge and best practices with the team
Qualification, Skills Experience:
Engineering degree or equivalent with 12+ years of overall experience in IT.
Should have participated in the architecture of software products and have worked on product development for at least 3 years.
Role involves working in the 1:30 to 10:30 PM IST shift
