Your Role:

Core competencies include; a problem-solving mindset, teamwork ability, first time right data reporting and error free scheduling. Effectively interfaces with internal Stakeholders to review back order status, prioritize production orders and other potential schedule interruptions or rescheduling. Works independently within company guidelines and policies. Manages own workload. Deliver a weekly material supply schedule that accounts for material constraints and plant capacity balanced against the need to achieve customer delivery requirements. Provide input into the monthly S&OP supply review to determine required resources. Execute Supply Chain reporting as required. Perform detailed analysis to manage and support supply chain decision making. Support the efforts to drive and achieve departmental goals and objectives. Key participant in weekly cross functional team meetings.

Who You Are:

  • Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Undergraduate degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields at minimum (Graduate degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated Supply Chain and Planning experience (At minimum 2 years).
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP tools (SAP or Oracle).
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS office tools.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal).
