Spec Quality Assurance Associate Sr
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MilliporeSigma team as Spec Quality Assurance Associate Sr. Ensuring that MilliporeSigma quality systems are maintained at the levels expected by our customers and regulatory agencies is of utmost importance.You will be responsible for batch record review according to Good Documentation Practices for manufacturing, packaging, and QC records and maintenance of associated metrics. You will also ensure that all aspects of routine product assignment and release meet analytical, packaging and labeling specifications in accordance with established quality systems and change control. You will perform updates to master data and COA profiles for routine assignments/releases and independently perform batch usage decision on all routine finished goods, manufactured and purchased, based on established product specifications. Teammates are expected to identify opportunities and participate in process improvement initiatives by using routine troubleshooting skills to identify problems, limitations and potential solutions.
Who you are:
- BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in QC/QA, or other functional area.
- Effective communication skills (oral/written) and strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Word/Excel/Power point/Access
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with lab instruments and safe chemical handling.
