Responsible for the SAP-SD system creating innovative and fast solutions in order to maintaining the proper operation of the business. User's support within the sales areas, regarding any procedure direct or indirect related to sales (orders, distribution, interface with the areas of Logistics, Warehouse and Fiscal).
Daily Interface with global contacts from SAP and other systems in Germany, United States and Latam, dealing with different demands such as changes, process improvement and bug-fixes. Fiscal Projects and legal changes.
Support in projects where there are changes in legislation that impact billing, ensuring business continuity, mapping the various possibilities in sales, with a more functional approach;
Project development with internal processes optimization;
Process Harmonization and SOPs creation.
Ticket Handling first level support.
Training of users in SAP ERP in all SD procedures.
Who you are:
•Graduate degree in IT (or equivalent)
•SAP Academy (or equivalent)
•Several years (ideally 3-5) of SAP support
•Knowlodge in process related to SAP-SP Configuration such as NF-e, Transportation, Pricing scheme (Pricing, Localização Brasil (TAXBRJ e TAXBRA), etc
•Ability to interact end users support (good communication)
•Project Management skills preferred
•Business-fluent English skills, Spanish skills preferred
