The Product manager will be mainly responsible of implementing and monitoring marketing plans and activities for related products and/or indications in General Medicine & Endocrinology (GM&E) portfolio. As a product manager, you will also be responsible for developing accurate short term plans, forecasting and business analysis. Ensuring flawless execution of marketing operations to maximize success for related products and/or indications in GM&E portfolio.
You will also continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate, and work in collaboration with co-marketing partners to successfully drive the business.
You will be in charge of managing relationships across functions to ensure success in product support and sales execution for GM&E portfolio and proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of product plans, as well as through development and implementation of effective selling materials, and training them on product related materials.
You will establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders where appropriate, and monitor and analyze all sources of company and industry sales and marketing data.
Who you are:
•A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, genetics or related fields. MBA is a plus
•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or medical departments, pharma experience within last 3 years is a must
•Specialty market experience is a must
•Excellent command of both written and spoken English. German and French language skills would be beneficial
•Strong strategic thinking with high capability and desire to execute and implement
•Ability to network and build relationships across Operations, Medical, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial organizations
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, good problem solving skills as well as good project management skills
•Well-organized and a team player
•Ability to travel about 40% of your time
