Payroll Team Leader for UK and Poland – fixed term contract

Location: Wrocław

Your role: As Payroll Team Leader for UK and Poland you are responsible for support and performance of the payroll processing function; including but not limited to, entry and maintenance payroll related data, any adjustments, voluntary deductions, involuntary deductions, and review/analysis of applicable payroll reports. Your role is to assist the Manager in providing guidance to payroll staff, also assist the Manager during the coordination and integration of payroll processes to the HR Services organization. You follow, respect, use and instruct your team to follow 4 eyes principle to ensure quality of processes data and documents, and you ensure information validity of employee population data and records and accuracy of data entry of payroll information for all employees. You are responsible for updating procedures and work instructions when necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency. You participate and support global and/or local Payroll projects and build partnerships with peers, HR Business Partners, and customers. You strive for improvement/optimization of processes within realm of responsibility and will focus of work time and results on delivery of very good quality services to the organization.

Who you are:

•3+ years of experience in Payroll in Shared Service Center and very good knowledge of systems and technology that support payroll process

•Very good knowledge of English is required

•Very good knowledge of Polish payroll, knowledge of UK payroll would be an asset

•People management experience would be an asset

•Proactive and customer-focused attitude

•Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

•Ability to organize time efficiently by prioritizing work and concentrating on key tasks

•Excellent written, oral, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
