Your Role: The Process Solutions Global Strategic Accounts has a position open to proactively identify, prioritize and lead value driven co-innovation projects across the full Process Solutions portfolio – Bioprocessing, Actives & Formulations, and Bioreliance services - to strengthen mid and long-term business within the Global Strategic Accounts. You will work in partnership with Global Strategic Account commercial leaders to build strategic collaboration plans for strategic partners. It will be essential for you to establish strong internal and external high-level networks within the R&D and Process Development professionals to convey value creation opportunities and secure resources for collaborations. This role will require you to work across the organization to execute on collaboration plan and projects. Those organizations can be Sales (Region & Global Strategic Accounts), Sales Development, Technology Management, Process development, Product Management, Field Services, R&D, Quality, Supply and Services. You will work to support new product seeding activities and assure a strong and sustainable future growth with our global partners. Where MilliporeSigma already has formal collaboration programs in place, you will run the programs and monitor their progress against collaboration goals. Throughout the collaboration process, you will generate voice of customer feedback to ensure priority alignment with needs and support pipeline development. This role will be responsible for providing collaboration assessements and program performance metrics to commercial leaders, and for making recommendations as to where to apply collaboration resources.

Who you are:

  • BS degree with 8+ years’ experience or MS degree with 3+ years’ experience, or PHD.
  • Advanced Degree Strongly Desired. MBA preferred.
  • Higher degree in a relevant natural science (Chemist, Pharmacist, Engineer, Biologist, etc...) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in technical sales / technical support role within a life sciences company or a proven business/sales development track record.
  • Experience in Bioprocess technologies.
  • Proven success in a complex and global environment.
  • Strong experience in presenting and communicating with senior executives.
  • Location: US Field based postion (East Coast preferred)
