Your Role:


This position provides ongoing administrative support to the Norwood Management & Operations team.  The individual in this position will proactively plan for and execute on all of the assigned managers’ administrative needs, providing the highest quality of administrative and project management support for the team with the utmost professionalism and highest customer service, engagement and confidentiality, thereby becoming a trusted member of the function as well as the broader organization.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide support to the Site Director and the Operations Management Team
  • Point person for external and internal questions/communications to Operations staff
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing large detail-oriented events
  • Assist in managing site communications
  • Coordinate and consolidate various documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for meetings and townhalls.
  • Order all office supplies and maintain supply closet
  • Support HSSE Manager by documenting safety walk results
  • Support site Controller in assigned cost center projects
  • Support Norwood Managers with setting up of luncheons.
  • Support QC lab by performing bi-weekly filing
  • Maintain Service Awards List
  • Greet site visitors and coordinate with site host
  • Coordinate local hotel corporate accounts
  • Coordinate with vendors on assigned projects
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Organize and coordinate all vendors for site celebrations and holiday lunches.
  • Perform other related projects and duties as requested.


    Who You Are:


    Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Degree or GED Equivalent with 5+ years administrative experience -or- Associates Degree
  • 3+ years administrative experience in supporting higher level management. 
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Concur Travel & Expense program



    Preferred Qualifications:


  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and effectively manage time.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful under pressure, flexible, and must have a positive attitude.
  • Professional and possess a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and punctual. 
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both written and orally with all levels of staff. 
  • Knowledge of SAP, preferred
