Your Role:

As a Quality Specialist, you will support the North America Service organization's corporate quality requirements and ISO quality standards. You will provide leadership and be the responsible person for all quality topics of the North America service organization. Acting as the key quality liaison between the Merck KgaA Darmstadt, Germany / MilliporeSigma Quality organization, Service organization, customers and applicable internal and external groups. In addition, you will support customer credentialing requirements working with service, customers, third party vendor credential companies and internal Merck KgaA Darmstadt, Germany / MilliporeSigma groups to meet and/or negotiate those requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience, Or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience, Or Ph.D. with 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Degree in Science or Engineering preferred
  • Quality Management training preferred
  • Auditing experience following a Quality Management System, preferred
  • ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management experience preferred
