1. Reply customer inquiry on stock availability, order status, transportation status via phone calls, emails with a careful and responsible manner.
2. Take orders from customer,sales team. and enter them into SAP with high quality.
3. Follow up open orders with customers and related functions to ensure order close in time. tracking and updating the status to customer weekly.
4. Well handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
5:Communicate with internal &external coss function
Who you are:
1. 5Y+ working experience in customer service.
2. Good communication skill, high responsibility and strong service awareness.
3. SAP skill and good English can be a plus.
