Your role: The V&V and Digital Product Excellence (DPE) department raison d'être is to guaranty that Medical Device & Services (MD&S) product performance and quality satisfy the customer needs and to steer MD&S product development practices towards excellence. Department main responsibilities include the definition of applicable standard and performance targets for MD&S products, the definition and implementation the V&V plans for our products in development and the management MD&S partners to meet our requirements in product development and V&V practices. Besides the product development activities, V&V and DPE supports landscaping for product performance, user experience and best in class product testing and evaluation, represents us in the relevant standardization bodies (e.g. ISO) and defines & implements cutting edge development methods and tools in MD&S. The Head of V&V and DPE leads this engineering department (5 to 8 engineers), defines its strategies and associated roadmap in cooperation with Marketing, QA and Engineering and represents the activity in all MD&S governance forums (portfolio, gate review, landscaping review). The strategy includes competitive performance target set up, test automation, cybersecurity, participation to normalization (HW and SW), internal test lab and tools development, external partnerships development and supplier management. He or she is in charge of developing talents within his/her organization through high standard people planning, management and development.

Who you are

  • Engineering degree in either mechanic, electronics or SW
  • 5 years management experience in product or manufacturing process development, validation or QA/compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in supplier management.
  • Strong change agent, management by influence and cross functional leadership are required.
  • English is a must, other languages (French, German…) are pluses.
