Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals
§Translates SMI, Product and Regional growth strategy to field execution
§Develops long-term growth strategy and business plans for assigned markets and product areas
§Maintains executive relationships at select Top and Global Strategic accounts in the Region or Commercial Area
§Leads the development of multi-year account plans for Top accounts
§Resolves internal sales process related issues (e.g. pricing approvals)
§Recruits and maintains a talent pipeline
§Manages and coaches a team of direct reports including managers, individual contributors and overlay support
§Disseminates winning practices across sales teams
§Resolves team oriented escalations (e.g. sales credit, pay discrepancies and others)
§Ensure region and Commercial area resources are effectively enable to execute business plans and growth strategy
§Maintains a deep understanding of the Applications and Areas of Science where our products are used
§Manages a regular cadence of internal meetings and processes to ensure effective execution of growth strategy
§Reports to management
§Captures VOC and identifies local market trends and communicates internally
§Engages in special projects as assigned
Qualification - master’s in science or Chemical Engineering.
Exp – Minimum 12yrs of work exp in Sales
