As project manager in Process & Technology you will manage high visibility, innovative and complex multi-site projects for the API, Excipient, and Cell Media Manufacturing Technology Cluster. These can cover a broad range of technology advancements, product transfers, and process related core competencies across the globe. You will act as an interface to R&D/Process & Analytical Development, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial. You will help drive harmonization and best practice sharing manufacturing sites, and also monitor external technology advancements to make best use of innovations so they can be integrated into existing or new manufacturing processes. This is a global role, with a preference to be located in Europe.
Who You Are:
- BS or higher degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering or related science.
- 3 years or more Manufacturing experience or related area, preferably in a cGMP environment
- 2 years or more of Project Management experience
- Customer Facing or Commercial Experience is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with clear written and oral communication needed
