KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Achieving sales plans (OP) in area of responsibility
  • Developing and maintaining business relations with customers in area of responsibility
  • The Inside Sales Rep will utilize call planning, pipeline management, lead identification and qualification, proactive sales calling and performance monitoring to drive the sales and achieve the set sales target
  • Achieving sales targets by building and developing business relations with customers.
  • Understand the customer's business, their needs and goals and identify potential new business
  • Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments
  • Identify and qualify leads from internal and external sources.
  • Analyzing competitive activities/strategies, market trends and market needs and taking appropriate actions to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth and presenting back to the organization.
  • Organize and support our local conferences

 

 

AUTHORITY

 

  • Reporting to Sales Manager Israel

 

MAIN INTERFACES

 

INTERNALLY: 

 

  • Interface with Internal Partners and Stakeholders both local and in the larger global organization
  • Develop relationships with KOL in the organization as well as material experts and support functions

 

EXTERNALLY:

 

  • Work closely with Customers across the R&A Segments
  • Build relationships with Customers across the R&A Segments

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Scientific Qualification is a must
  • Business qualification is optional and desirable

 

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES

  • Hebrew and English

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Scientific degree -Advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years Sales experience in sales- Advantage
