1. Reply customer inquiry on stock availability, order status, transportation status via phone calls, emails with a careful and responsible manner.
2. Take orders from phone calls, emails and enter them into SAP with high quality.
3. Follow up open orders with customers and related functions to ensure order close in time.
4. Well handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
1. 2Y+ working experience in customer service.
2. Good communication skill, high responsibility and strong service awareness.
3. SAP skill and good English can be a plus.
