Head of Human Resources Business Partners – LATAM

Your Role: You will be responsible for leading, advising, guiding and influencing across a diverse segment of business units and global geographies. You are responsible for managing and delivering human resources consultancy across the region working closely with all relevant human resources partners and stakeholders. Act as a catalyst for change and enhance quality/performance by promoting and providing input to business strategy from a human resource management and organizational design perspective for healthcare HR.

Key deliverables;

Provide strategic counsel to business leaders and other members of the HR community.

Manage the talent planning process partnering with manager’s, HR colleagues and talent management.

Oversee and drive all HR programs within the region.

Collaborate with HRBP’s and CoE’s to design, implement and manage effective employee relations programs to support business objectives.

Be a strategic thought leader with strong executive presence and business acumen.

Demonstrate a strong background in creating HR strategy, talent planning, succession planning and talent acquisition.

 Who you are: Bachelor´s degree / advanced degree preferred. 10 plus years of progressive human resources experience preferably in a multi-national organization. Proven track record of success in a complex matrix organization; building collaborative relationships. Regional HR experience and prior management of an HR team. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment. Bi-Lingual is highly desirable. 10% travel
