An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Global Strategy, Insights & Analytics team of Applied Solution Business Unit. As Advanced Analytics Director, you will oversee defining and implementing the Big Data Analytics strategy and roadmap for the Applied Solutions Business Unit, beyond the use cases already developed and implemented. You will work with key business stakeholders to identify key priorities, set expectations, and translate those priorities in manageable and well-specified initiatives. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to evolve in a complex matrix organization and to align with other internal data-driven teams (e.g. Controlling, Sales Enablement, Pricing and other support functions…) to deliver strong analytics that support decision making within the Applied Business Unit. In parallel, you will also need to establish strong collaboration with Group or Divisional Analytics organizations (CDO, ACE) and Business Technology teams to secure support for strategic Big Data Analytics initiatives and to facilitate communication of progress updates and identify/manage interdependencies between workstreams.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in advanced analytics, demonstrate strong analytical skills to drive insights, superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions
- Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders and teams with significant complexity
- Ability to act decisively, in consultation with team and business stakeholders to circumvent potential problems/issues using commercial awareness to consider potential implications of all decisions on the business
- Must have strong inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills
- Foster productive relationships with business stakeholders ensuring open communication across project teams
- Will be expected to travel in US and abroad as necessary (up to ~30%)
