Provide senior-level project management support to the BioProcessing Commercial Americas Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for resolving complex problems independently and will be required to perform tasks that are diverse and advanced in necessary skills and thinking. In addition, you will also have responsibility for assisting with managing the communication needs of the BioP Commercial Americas organization, creating presentations related to external stakeholders and critical internal meetings and tools for internal and external engagements – including the Product/Sales Training, Customer lunch & learns, tradeshow presence, training and team engagement activities, and community service events. You will drive project management of select initiatives across BioP, Commercial Americas, including actively managing progress, milestones and deliverables of key 2019 initiatives.
You will have direct responsibility for setting team agendas, defining content and managing critical meetings, enabling the collection and evaluation of external and internal information and preparing all decks, dashboards and KPIs for management reviews and presentations.
Formalize, assemble and distribute our key metrics and dashboard content for understanding and transparency at the Commercial Americas and PS leadership levels including Quarterly Commercial Review and Quarterly Project Review meeting preparation. Participate and be active member of the BioProcess, Commercial Americas Leadership team to provide valuable insights and contribution to the leadership team workflow needs.
Who you are: Someone with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the internal organization as well as with key external stakeholders. Adaptability to change, able to navigate uncertainty and work independently balanced with taking direction. Highly professional, have good judgment, pay attention to detail, proactively take initiative, able to multitask and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. Solid computer skills and ability to quickly become familiar with company structure and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree and English fluency Required
- 5+ years of work experience in a customer facing role, marketing, sales or customer service
- 1+ years Strong Project management experience required.
- Up to 20% Travel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Formal project management training is highly desired.
- Experience working with a commercial organization
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including expertise in excel
- Experience with internal systems including SFDC
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Good stakeholder management skills
