In this role you will serve as the single point of contact for Pharma Strategic Accounts. You will collaborate with other key stakeholders who also support the GSA accounts. You will be required to provide quality service, respond to daily emails, order entries and tracking, listen, anticipate and react to shifts in customer's expectations, while offering unique services that will add value to the customer's experience. You're required to navigate multiple systems and coordinate tasks across sites to ensure service levels are met. (Training provided)
Who You Are:
- Associates Degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of Customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills, Microsoft office and SAP
- Strong written skills
- Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization of critical activities
- Adaptable to changes
- Sense of urgency and ownership
- Creative & analytical skills
