Your Role:

The role of SAFC Coordinator is primarily focused on driving improvements and identifying synergies in the commercial go to market organization by improving communications, systems and projects to enhance the customer experience specifically on SAFC portfolio. Key to this role is;

  • A strong understanding of SAFC business processes,
  • Knowledge in developing, optimizing and implementing new systems and harmonized processes
  • Value based models and impact analysis and
  • Coaching the local commercial service teams on SAFC portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong support to CE team for problem resolution and escalation in area for allocations & deliveries for SAFC portfolio
  • Become SAFC business expert with responsibility for coaching and delivering trainings on business specificities
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
  • Respond promptly to all customer enquiries and build a priority management system
  • Build strong communication skills within all areas of the organisation
  • Identify and build systems to help support and facilitate business transactions
  • Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement across APAC utilizing proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Be able to quantify and report on value-based activities
  • Become knowledge experts in key technology and transactional areas, systems, ERP and processes
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Build a feedback and review process for new and improved systems
  • Develop strong project management skills

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Excellence, Customer Service or Sales Support experience
  • Business professional with a proven track record of exceptional commercial support
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Competent with ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • You are experienced in working in a multicultural team
  • You have experience in project management
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to travel
