Boost your technical knowledge in pharmaceutical process and join our Technical Service in France (Alsace region). You will be part of an international team of technical specialists, contributing to solving the toughest challenges in Life Science.
You are the first point of contact (phone/mail/web) for external and internal customers in Europe.
You handle technical requests, from pharmaceutical industries, related to the complete “Pharma Processing non-chemicals” portfolio and applications. You also directly assist our sales engineers in their technical sales process.
In our customer quality management program, you directly support customer’s complaints by providing accurate and value-added responses to their concerns and issues in a timely manner.
Our “Pharma Processing non-chemicals” portfolio offers products for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processing based on normal flow filtration (NFF), tangential flow filtration (TFF), chromatography and single-use equipment etc.
As customer advocate, you are an active interface between internal departments such as the BioReliance Lab, Commercial Service, Sales, Quality and Field Marketing among many others.
You may also be involved in customer visits and trainings in order to promote the services and products we provide.
Temporary contract of 6 months based in Molsheim, France.
Who you are:
- High degree in Biotechnologies or Biochemical Engineering, ideally with a previous experience in technical sales support and/or bioengineering in an international pharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent computer skills are a prerequisite.
- Fluent in English. Any additional (European) language is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an international and multitasking environment are imperative.
