Regional Business Manager, Fertility & Endocrinology

Territory: - South East England, London, Cambridge, East Anglia

We are market leaders within the field of Fertility treatment and we have on offer the chance for a Key Account Management (KAM) professional to join our Fertility, Endocrinology and General Medicine Business Unit as a Regional Business Manager to cover the South East of the UK. This is an autonomous role that will require entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communications skills, account planning and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of Fertility Therapeutic products to Clinicians and Business Managers in both NHS and Private Fertility Clinics across the South of England, many of which are located in or around London or Cambridge. This is a true key account role, you will have full autonomy and accountability for your territory to achieve your sales targets. You will be supported by a diverse, cross functional team, including, Business Unit Director, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Head of Medical, Fertility Group Product Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Medical Science Liaison, Commercial Excellence and Regional Business Manager Peers.

This role requires a high degree of professionalism where the following skills and capabilities are essential Teamwork, Impact & Influence, Creativity & Analytic Skills, Customer Centricity & Commercial Acumen.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous Key Account Management experience within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
  • ABPI Qualification.
  • Experience of Key Account Management or promotion within a secondary care setting would be preferable.
