This position will develop and implement analytical laboratory methods and techniques to support process development projects, custom analytical projects, and other departments / production plants. You will use your technical knowledge and expertise to help troubleshoot site operations and generate reports for internal / external customers. Candidate will help reach departmental productivity goals by maintaining low turnaround time for method development and sample processing. This role will also generate supporting documentation such as method protocols and SOPs to facilitate technical transfer to the site Quality Control department. Work is expected to be accomplished in fairly independent manner, with moderate supervision. Candidate will maintain exemplary attendance and be prepared to fulfill project specific needs occasionally requiring an extended or modified work schedule.
Who You Are:
- BS or MS degree in life science related field
- Minimum 1+ years of industrial work experience
- Computer proficiency (word, excel, internet, etc)
- Able to perform tasks while wearing personal protective equipment
