Your Role: As B2B Integration Analyst (Life Science division - B2B solutions area, region EMEA), you implement and provide ongoing support for B2B components* with trading partners across multiple system platforms and 3rd party platform providers in consultation with internal business partners.
(*B2B components include PunchOut Level 1; PunchOut Level 2; E-Purchase Order (Inbound); E-Purchase Order (Outbound); Purchase Order Simulate; Order Acknowledgement (Inbound); Order Acknowledgement (Outbound); Live Price; Advance Shipping Notice (Inbound); Advance Shipping Notice (Outbound); E-Invoice (Inbound); E-Invoice (Outbound)).
Your work will be split between maintening EMEA Trading partners integrations where you monitor, analyze and take necessary actions to fix transaction failures for the regions (60% of the work). You work with trading partners and internal support team to identify changes and perform or coordinate changes to maps, system configurations and communication channels to ensure continued transactional capability between partiesocument changes in JIRA.
You also Implement B2B components by consulting with trading partners and internal business partners to determine business requirements (20% of the work). You analyze business needs and define system requirements to meet those needs and create mapping specification documents. You are tasked with the development or coordinate development of transaction maps while establishing or coordinate establishment of transaction communication channels. You also provide post-implementation support and support the subregions in EMEA by performing integrations to balance the regional workload. You also work closely with the project team and provide an overview of capabilities and limitations of B2B/EDI, ensure, inform and coordinate changes to B2B/EDI channel to support project and meet requirements. A part of your tasks is also to document and maintain accurate component technical requirements and accurate workflow dates within each Trading Partner Integrations JIRA Project ticket to ensure accurate forecasting, delivery times and other metrics (20% of the work).

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years’ experience implementing electronic transaction formats (EDIFACT, idoc, X.12, XML)
- 5+ years’ experience working with B2B/EDI communication channels (Http/s, VAN, AS2, FTP)
- 5+ years’ experience working in customer facing service role (customer/technical service/retail)
- Experience with common office applications (email, MS Office)
- Time/organizational management skills
- Analytical/problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
- Working knowledge of “order to cash” business process
