Your role:   The Country Integration Project Manager will manage integration initiatives and regional projects, within the integration PMO.  Responsibilities include: management and execution of the communication strategy, change management strategy, roadmap management (including monitoring and tracking milestones and critical path), risk management, and cost management. As the main point of contact you will align with business and function leaders, while managing a wide variety of stakeholders throughout the organization.


Where necessary, you will develop proactive action plans, communicate overall progress, issues and concerns on a regular basis to the Country Integration Program Manager and collaborate with other Country Integration Project Managers. Finally, you will develop project strategies and undertake project tasks as required, as well as ensure the project adheres to framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately.


Who you are:


Minimum requirements:

  • BS degree with 8+ years’ experience
  • Experience in project management and change management in a business environment
  • Experience with working within matrix organizations, networking across multiple functional teams and various levels of leadership
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to other company sites as required


Preferred requirements:

  • Degree in a business field of study, MBA is a plus
  • Project Management and Change Management certification preferred
