Your Role: The CRM Tools Team is part of Sales Enablement creating effectiveness, unique solutions and providing support to our Commercial Research Sales and Specialist teams.  The ideal candidate will be a key member of an interactive team that supports North American internal customers and collaborates globally within our CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, ServiceMax and mobile applications.  Our team is focused on providing best-in-class user support via collaboration tools.  Our team is responsible for fielding, researching and answering inquiries to enable successful usage of Salesforce.com, ServiceMax and mobile tools in accordance with the business rules.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales effectiveness tools, is willing to learn, can clearly and professionally communicate with all levels of user experience, can function effectively with increased work demands and tight deadlines, understands how to self-motivate, prioritize and who likes to have fun while juggling all of that.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum requirements:

  • BS degree plus 3+ years experience or MS degree
  • Computer literacy and MS Excel proficiency absolutely required
  • Aptitude with training/onboarding new users of tools
  • Aptitude with the back end of mobile tools (iPad/iPhone)
  • Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism, interpersonal communication, proactive problem solving and critical attention to quality

Preferred requirements:

  • Higher education
  • CRM experience (Salesforce.com, Demand Tools and ServiceMax highly preferred)
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator is a HUGE advantage
  • Enjoys working smart and knows when to laugh and have fun
