Your role:

As a Senior Change Management & Communication Expert in collaboration with a global creative and engaged Change & Communication Team you are responsible for creating and delivering internal communication (via different channels, e.g. intranet) as well as structured and effective change management solutions. You are responsible for designing and improving communication and change management strategies on global scale and for planning, developing and executing associated measures for large scale organizational changes such as process migrations & transformations, service management optimizations and IT system implementations (e.g. internal service platform). You also will function as a tekeeper and expert to our different internal communication channels. In close alignment with functional management within the service organization and other key stakeholders, you further occasionally conduct change management assessments, ensure proper stakeholder management, drive change readiness and identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and act as a local contact for all relevant communication & change initiatives within the organization. Moreover, you consult and coach project teams, our company Group Functions or Business Sectors in change initiatives related to the service organization as needed.


Who you are:

  • Degree in business studies, psychology, communication or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ yrs. of communication and/or change management experience
  • Strong experiences in communication, change management methodologies, project planning and project management
  • Experience within a Shared Service Center environment & editorial knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & listening) in English language
