Your Role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join MilliporeSigma supporting our BioReliance product line as a Key Account Manager covering North America. BioReliance (part of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany) is the world’s largest specialist provider of contract biologics safety testing, GMP manufacturing and nonclinical testing services. Our capabilities include a broad spectrum of cGMP- and GLP-compliant biosafety, virology, immunochemistry, molecular biology and microbiology testing services.
Reporting to the Director, Global Key Accounts this is a senior field-based commercial role. Your customers will be some of the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies. You will need to develop and execute an effective Strategic Business Plan to exceed your sales targets.
This is a home-based position which requires 30% of travel.
Who You Are:
- BS degree with 8+ years’ experience, MS degree with 3+ years’ experience, or PHD.
- Proven track record in Key Account Management, including strategic planning and relationship management.
- A degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Virology or related field strongly desired.
- Experience in selling products or services to pharmaceutical companies strongly preferred.
- Location is flexible.
