Your role


As an account manager, you promote and sell products, services and solutions directly to current and new customers from the cosmetic industry to which we are one of the main suppliers of high-end effect pigments and active ingredients.


You are in charge of establishing long-term client relationships that result in further developing our business while achieving a high level of client satisfaction through outstanding service and expertise.

You cover a sales territory in north/ west, west France and should be located in your region.

Besides, you create, monitor and revise plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline and drive and successfully close technical and commercial negotiations with your customers aiming at achieving profitable growth in your territory. Gaining and making use of profound technical expertise as well as in-depth insight into our markets and competitive landscape is key to success in your role, which you closely collaborate with our marketing department on. You also contribute to our annual budgeting and strategy setting process, deriving concrete action plans from our strategic goals at Corporate, business sector and business unit level.


You are


  • You have a degree or equivalent education in economics or science, preferably chemistry or material science
  • You have minimum five years of experience in similar roles with B2B sales in the cosmetic industry
  • You have proactive entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a strong sense of the cosmetic market,  it's competitive landscape and its technology trends
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have availability to travel within your sales territory of > 50% of your time
  • You are autonomous and used to work in home-office
