Provides after-sales service support to customers on-site in the fields of installation, repair, trouble-shooting and maintenance. Enhance Company's Good Brand Image by completing PM, according to the guideline in time, and provide effective solution to make sure customer operation won't be interrupted in case of equipment breakdown.
Who you are:
1. Meet the sales Target of Consumable and service revenue.
2. Provide timely PM to contract customer based on the Service SOP guideline.
3. Handle technical inquiry and provide installation, Trade-in leads creation, consumable replacement, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
4. Quotation to customer on-time in case of consumable replacement requirement, then transfer the QT to order soon.
5. Maintain good relationship with existing customers. And perform team work with team members
6. Interact with customers to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's inquiry and complaints.
7. Push our service plan and validation service to customer.
