Your Role:

An exciting role has arisen to join BioReliance, part of MilliporeSigma, the life science business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, as a Admin/ Demand Planning Manager. In this position, you will administer function and manage demand planning within BioReliance in the Rockville, Maryland, US to facilitate a robust order/revenue planning process.

You will be working closely with Sales and S&OP teams. Administration:

  • Managing ongoing user support and troubleshooting for users across multiple groups, functions and geographies.
  • Managing User Guides along with setting up and training new users
  • Managing regular order and related data update processes
  • Developing data structure including creation of fields, objects, processes, workflows, reports and dashboards based on user requirements and implement requested changes
  • Managing business data used in (orders, customer segmentation/ classification, SKU level detail, Account manager/Project manager to client mapping, active/inactive accounts for audits etc.)
  • Collaborating with project teams for enhancements - CPQ, automatic quote generation, upgrades etc.Sales Support:
  • Developing, maintaining and sharing orders, forecast & revenue related analytics to support Sales and Operations planning process and Sales meetings.
  • Collaborating with account managers to highlight areas for forecast improvement
  • Working on assigned adhoc profile related projects.


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS, BS , BA or above in a related discipline (e.g. Science or Business) or equivalent experience as a Sales analyst / Demand planner / Salesforce admin
  • 2+ years of Admin experience
  • 2+ years of demand planning, forecast analytics experience
  • SAP DP experience is preferred
  • APICS (CPIM, CSCP) Certification is preferred
