- Responsible for consuambles & service product sales ,achieving individual KPI on telephone within assigned territory.
- Responsible for inbound call in time , answer questions and provide solutions to customers
- Telephone visit for customer care and education, update and maintain the customer information accuracy
- Telephone visit to establish good customer communication channels, to prevent competitors' products and replace the competitors' bran
- Effectively organize given task and efficiently perform administrative activities which utilize Huayun world , salesforce，CTS Microsoft office
- Work independently and in collaboration with field-based sales reps and call center team members to positively impact short and long-term business objectives.
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Who you are:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Life science or Medical education background is preferred
- Min. 1 year telesales experience
- Experience in life science industry are preferred
