Your role: As the Diversity and Inclusion Expert, located in the US, you will report directly to the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for North America supporting the implementation of a multi-year D&I Strategy and framework, assisting in developing US specific activities and goals.  Your support will include activities such as  research, industry benchmarking and data analytics, as well as driving programs, change management and communication initiatives. You will align your activities with HR legal office to ensure compliance with all U.S. labor laws and protected classes.

This role will also have a Project Management component supporting the US HRLT in specific project work that will focus on Diversity and Inclusion policies and issues that affect the US Employee population.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications; You will have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.  A passionate and collaborative individual with the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization to help drive sustainable change. Strong relationship builder and ability to influence various stakeholders. Experience with partnering with third parties and external vendors.  Strong data analytics skills are necessary as is the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.  Bachelor's Degree. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
