Your Role:

 

The Custom Projects Specialist is responsible for producing custom quotes meeting customer requirements, customer relationship management and overall project management of the custom projects that are awarded.  The Custom Projects Specialist reviews specifications provided by the Commercial team and works with the Commercial team to determine customer end use, specifications, & quality requirements.  The position requires coordination with the Custom Production Team, Synthesis Manufacturing Team, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments and other members of the technical team, to ensure that the project is technically feasible and that the estimated labor & material requirements are accurate.  This individual is responsible for ensuring project design meets all Quality, Safety & Regulatory Requirements.  This position supports all Round Rock custom quote business.

 

 

Who You Are:

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors’ degree in a field of natural science from a four-year college or university

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Self-motivated, energetic and possess a team attitude.
     
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and good documentation skills.

 

  • Five years of experience in reference material production or analytical testing preferred

 

  • Must be able to discuss work related items in a professional, productive manner.
