Your role:
As Manager (all genders) Service – Digital Health Solutions and Lab Technologies you are responsible to expand our service offering for Fertility Lab Technologies, Digital Health Solutions and future business opportunities. You are responsible to design, develop and implement service strategies for the existing FT portfolio as well as product pipeline including digital health and new business areas. You will collaborate with marketing and sales functions to successfully commercialize the strategies and further differentiate our product offerings capturing the opportunities of digitalization and data services. You will lead the implementation of key account service strategies and ensure their execution in collaboration with regional commercial operations as well external partners/ third parties. You lead service related topics in country and product launches and guide countries on product life cycle management and upgrades.

Applying advanced analytical skills and in-depth knowledge you solve complex or non-routine problems, support your colleagues and thereby contribute significantly to the achievement of our Fertility strategy. You work effectively in a mixed environment within marketing, commercial and partner functions throughout the organization to adapt existing processes and systems to meet our service and business needs. You are responsible to monitor technical developments for their applicability to further differentiate our service offering e.g. by developing remote service approaches. You will contribute to product development to ensure service requirements are met and maintenance as well as preventive measurements to ensure customer satisfaction are realized.

You will coordinate all trainings for local field engineers in line with internal and external partners to ensure customer excellence in our service operations. You oversee and maintain our global service dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas of improvement and implement necessary corrective measures. You are in the lead to implement and further develop our global service tools and infrastructure including field service management IT and call centers to ensure customer excellence.


Who you are:


  • MSc Engineering or comparable degree (additional degrees in business administration a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience in engineering in fields or product development and manufacturing or service operations
  • Experience in data services and connectivity
  • Experience in medical devices including regulatory requirements such as documentation and training
  • Experience in managing third parties e.g. contract manufacturing organization or third-party service providers
  • Experience in strategy development and commercialization of service offerings
  • Strong presentation experience and ability to train and convey technical concepts to Clinical/Medical Professional staff
  • Excellent English level - Fluency in additional languages desirable
