Your role:

As a member of the Business Excellence team within EMD Serono the Manager, Neurology & Immunology Sales Analytics will serve as the primary analytical contact for Neurology Sales leadership and associated field-based teams. In coordination with the Associate Director, Sales Analytics you will design and implement an analytical framework at national, area, territory and segmented levels for recent and future product launches. This framework is intended to continuously assess evolving market dynamics and to aid Sales & Marketing in capitalizing on opportunities, minimizing risks and ultimately exceeding our targets. You will also collaborate extensively with your Business Excellence counterparts and Business Technologies to drive broad adoption of novel technologies that augment our analytics and empower our stakeholders to make timely, data-driven decisions. Engaging stakeholders to deeply understand business objectives. Develop a deep understanding of complex data sources, points of integration, and use cases to enable business analytics and insights. Preparing data for reporting and developing reports based on user objectives. Analyzing data to provide insight into commercial activities and answering business questions. Design and deliver end-user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary. Work as part of a project team, providing guidance, insights, and support to help ensure successful conclusion in the development of key analytics projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required in any discipline
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales analytics experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with Tableau development and/or other data visualization tools


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact with senior management in matrix organization
  • MBA-preferred
  • Functional in SQL
  • Business-fluent English skills
