As HR Services T&A and Payroll Specialist you’ll be responsible for performing daily Time & Attendance (T&A) processes and data entry transactions, resolving problems and recommending solutions. You’ll need to ensure information validity of employee population data and records; monitoring record keeping and data entry procedures for accuracy; updating procedures as necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency, coordinating and managing Time & Absence process including ensuring legal compliance. One of the key responsibilities would be cooperating with external service providers, especially in area of insurance and delivering scheduled reports for Payroll, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Centre of Expertise (CoE) upon request. In order to complete the daily tasks, you’ll be required to use HR Services technology. The successful candidate will proactively strive for improvement/optimization of processes within realm of responsibility and will be the key contact towards HRBPs, CoEs, and customers. You’ll also need to provide outstanding quality customer support with a high degree of customer satisfaction thorough and timely response to customers and perform excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate. You’ll have the key role in HR projects linked to T&A, validating new system input, output, and connectivity, identifying, researching, and assisting in resolving any issues with technical resources.
You will support as well the implementation and stabilization of a new T&A system.
Who you are:
• Languages: fluent French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Work Experience: in Shared Services Center, in data and records management (T&A, Payroll and/or HR admin)
• Exceptional customer service skills, with ability to anticipate customer needs and provide them with relevant information in a timely and
• Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational skills
