Your role  

Based in Singapore, you will head the department of Customer Excellence for the business of Research and Applied Solutions for Life Science division. With your know-how, energy, structured problem solving and leadership skills, you will lead the team to fulfill customer’s need, drive projects to continuously optimize the process, as well as to transform the organization for future need. You will report to Singapore country head.

 

The main job scope can be described as below,

  • To manage the team of customer service to ensure the process and procedures of customer orders are completed (from order to cash), customer’s satisfaction is met, and that company’s financial goals are achieved.
  • To ensure that customer inquiries/ concerns are well managed and communicated in a professional manner.
  • To work in close collaboration with supply chain, sales and other departments to ensure service level to customers.
  • To ensure implementation of global guidelines related to customer service scope
  • To continue to improve the team effectiveness and efficiency, as well as transform the team for future need. 
  • Responsible for team management, people development

  

Who you are?

 

  • Bachelors Degree of Engineering, Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology or related sciences or/and above
  • At least three years as a team leader
  • Solid experience in SAP
  • Good skills for cross-functional projects
  • Hand-on experience for leading presentation to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work in a matrixed organisation
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and execute strategy and align with the plan of action
