Your role:

As Specialist Contact Center, you are a part of the I2C & I2P team located in Montevideo. You cooperate with many partners: internally (e.g. Local Finance, Customer service, Manilla team etc.) and externally (vendors & customers). You process according to work instructions and in compliance with local guidelines. On a daily basis you are responsible for processing the AP/AR/CM tickets in required SLA raised by vendor/customer through the Finance4You platform. You provide vendor/customer with high quality, accurate, and timely financial data. In addition, you participate in audit or pre-audit tasks, compliance activities and other related accounting duties as assigned by management. Furthermore, as Contact Center Specialist, you leverage your expertise to constantly seek out better ways of performing processes, to contribute to process excellence initiatives. Occasionally, you participate and cooperate in additional projects.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Degree in a business-related discipline preferred
  • Min. 3 year of experience in accounting/finance
  • Customer focus approach & stakeholder knowledge
  • Flexibility in changing business requirements & circumstances
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system required
  • Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred
  • Fluent English language skills required
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills required
  • Travel availability
  • Time shift flexibility
