As Business Solutions Specialist you sell, manage and integrate the eBusiness Solutions in DACH, with the objective of driving incremental sales through the eCommerce channels. Act as Integration and Project lead for first time solutions by configure, test and analyze electronic integrations across system platforms according to the corporate business processes. Support the Sales Teams to meet customer’s needs for their order to cash process through customer visits or virtual support.
Coach, train and assist the local stakeholders through the integrated processes for all our solutions of B2B, B2C and On-site stock management. Implement process improvement activities to achieve best practices on e-processes and resource optimization.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or other commercial areas
- Ability to sell solutions directly to customers and coordinate/guide a large team of local professionals
- Customer-oriented and problem solving
- Understanding of order to cash process through the eCommerce channel
