Your Role:

The Proficiency Testing (PT) Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of operational functions necessary to service the Proficiency Testing program.  A need for strong organizational skills, communication skills, as well as, the ability to manage and prioritize critical tasks.  Abilities to adapt to changing situations and/or new systems, work well in a team environment and provide technical support. Additional responsibilities will include; providing support for customers utilizing the Proficiency Testing Portal, reviewing and publishing reports used for laboratory accreditation, collaborating with the Planning Department to ensure stocking needs are met, liaising with Research & Development to troubleshoot unacceptable data and serving in a supporting role to the Proficiency Testing Specialist as needed.


Who You Are: The Proficiency Testing Coordinator will have experience in many customer-facing facets.  Collaboration with other departments to ensure all areas of the PT program are properly conducted.  The candidate will be detail oriented and have demonstrated problem solving skills in their past work experience.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA with a major in chemistry or any other science, math or business discipline
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
