Your role:

The Period-End-Close and Quality Processes team manages the group reporting framework encompassing the financial and consolidation systems, data flow monitoring, implementation of the accounting principles and guidelines, as well as master data management. As Group Principal Data & Access Management Expert, you will be in charge of the group’s company register, including recording of subsidiary changes, changes in shareholding, management, etc. You will also drive continual process evolution as deemed necessary in alignment with the stakeholders. Furthermore, you will ensure proper data governance by managing the finance system access rights and profiles: perform periodic user reviews, access rights, etc. as well as support the global user community with all system access related queries. You will also support managing of the Reporting Position Plan and product hierarchy interfaces into the reporting systems, conduct feasibility and impact assessments for process changes and help reviewing design specifications regarding compliance requirements. Finally, you will prepare and maintain process documentation and guidelines for your area of expertise with global reach.


Your profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Management Systems or a related field;
  • Experience of working with ERP systems (ideally SAP), databases (e.g. zetVisions CIM)
  • Approx. 3 years of professional experience in user/authorization management and/or master data management, or similar role
  • Readiness for business trips in the 1st 3 months on the role (Germany)
  • Fluent in English, German would be an asset
  • Confident in interacting across all hierarchy levels including senior management
